in this way; they could be able to minimize gatherings for social distancing.

Marketing efforts started automating, adoption of
applications like Buffer or Hootsuite helped businesses to schedule hundreds of
social media posts at once and thus provides their customers with speedy
feedback. In this way, it also helps in optimizing workplace performance in
maintaining brand consistency. To minimize to face to face contact with people
many of the services used to send SMS to a larger extend during a crisis. It
helped in broadcasting and showcasing products that are launched during this
pandemic. It helped retailers to stay connected with their customers. In some
surveys, it was also found that the sale was increased later after using an
automated SMS system.
To reduce the physical presence, automated messages played a
great role. Now almost every company is using this feature to remind about the
payments or bills to customers.
